Asana / Pranayama / Mudra


A 3 hour workshop that focuses on a passage through the Koshas (layers of existence). Focusing on Asanas which open the power and freedom of the breath body. Before/After a strong Asana practice, the workshop will explore traditional Kriyas and Pranayamas that create stability and ease in the nervous system and cultivate a more clear, centred mind. Mantras and sound work will also be practiced as well to supplement. * Focus: Hip Openers, Kriya techniques for Solar Plexus and Classic Diaphragm Breath. Nadi Shodana and Fire Breath, plus Guided Meditation.
