At Ease – Elemental Flow and Yoga Nidra


This workshop brings together all the elements to help you feel both open, receptive, relaxed and at ease. In this session, you will be guided through an elemental restorative flow to release the tensions and tightness in joints, ligaments, muscles and the fascia. The second half of the practice will introduce to the otherworldly experience of yoga nidra (yoga sleep) meditation. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique that helps to re-set the nervous system and offer yourself an experience of deepest rest and divine relaxation.
