A 3 hour Workshop / Asana class with views on integrating progressive breath work into a classic Asana practice. Detailed review, conversation and de-mystified techniques and clarity about bandhas (how/why/when/where), breath timing, synchro movements with breath and sound. *Asana focus will be Pain-Free backbends, Inversions and breath work into Savasana.
