Yoga teacher, mom of two daughters, community connector
Born in Zurich, Mirjam grew up in a small and tightly knit family and has now her own with her husband and two beautiful and smart girls. After having travelled and completed her law degree, she decided to relocate to Asia for four years , where she intensely dived into the practice and study of yoga while working freelance as a journalist and editor. Yoga complemented her focus on the mind by adding strength to her body, building trust in matters of the heart. As a teacher, she inspires her students to reconnect with their bodies, to step out of their limiting beliefs, grounding their confidence to master the challenges we constantly face, big or small. Mirjam is passionate about good conversations and lasting relationships, and is grateful about the beautiful community of friends that are part of her life.
